Con: If Kialo gets abandoned, then something will take its place, as the world favors the free sharing of information. 1.2. Con: It encourages post-scarcity, which is an ideal that the world is heading towards and should be obtained. It's not Kialo that should be abandoned, but the systems that are not as great as post-scarcity that should. 1.3. Pro: People should be able to make money for their work. 1.3.1. Con: It is difficult to determine the amount of value information and ideas have, making monetary payments unfeasible for such work. 1.3.2. Con: Making money will cause a shift in Kialo, from productive discussions that people are generally interested in to people generating subpar content that they are not actually interested in learning about or discussing for the sake of financial gain. 1.4. Con: Just because it didn't work in the past, doesn't mean it can't work in a different setting with a different format. 1.5. Con: Kialo doesn't conflict with any current economic systems, but complements them instead. 1.5.1. Pro: Kialo isn't an economic system, but just participates in them, and tries to be in a capitalistic one. 1.5.2. Con: The way Kialo works could be financially adopted where economic systems are based off of how Kialo is setup, which could lead to financial failure.
