Bullying - what is it?
|
|
My background
I was upset about the bullying happening to me and just in the schools I was at in general. Then I thought how can I have an edge over them to be a better person no matter what they do to me, that my life is hard. Then I found out that farm animals have it much harder than I do and if I help them, at least that's one step in the direction to counteract the bullying that takes place. In the end, I realized I was the bully all along, allowing animals to be bullied greater than human beings and putting those around me into that situation of killing and slaughterhouse environment - that I realized I shouldn't put that on others and it makes sense and is no wonder my bullies acted the way they did. |

Counteractions [-> bullying]: success
No one can tell you 'no'

Working bullying to your own advantage
Did I say mastered the bullying system? I was bullied in school, but ironically I out-smarted the bullies and made them my workers. The tables turned where instead of me being under them, they were under my grip. It's just how I got here to achieve success by honing my craft was a (long) string of experiences - learning and tweaking until I reached the ideal (I might not be entirely there - it's likely a culmination and more).
I am the ultimate mastermind - understanding people - better than anyone else. Why I got 1st place! Bullies come from society gone wrong. Anti-bullying's building society properly - society's about having a social network net. |

Key - the bullied is the most powerful player in the bullying system. They're the boss and the bullies are the workers.
Remember - in the end - the best part about bullies is that they furnish the gun and shoot - but they give you the power to decide where it's pointed and how the outcome turns out.
Current level - killing with kindness where a bully turns to someone who thinks you're their friend.
- that's why bullied end up being CEOs and bullies end up in minimum wage jobs
- unless a bullied is really broken and the bully is launched
- being independent - but controlling others
- avoids - <ammo -> be taken advantage of
- except when they give bullies ammo
- then bullied are 'shot in the foot'
- bullies can't hurt others - only bullied hurt themselves
- thinking it was bullies
- bullies can't hurt others - only bullied hurt themselves
- then bullied are 'shot in the foot'
- bullies
- are
- directionless
- dangerous
- it's the bullied's responsibility - -> - change - this
- it's - in - their - hands
- almost like - the bully wants this
- intentionally puts it in the bullied's hands -> take up upon, inspire the bully
- reasons
- their life - is - meaningless
- they look - -> you
- for - inspiration
- even though - they don't show this properly
- their bad - at communicating - their thoughts [- cohesively]
- should - teach - me
- what's - proper
- instead - degrade (through - isolation) -> the point
- of - removing - what makes inspirational - in the - first - place
- bullies - destroy - before - reaping benefits
- up to - bullied -> race - against - clock
- give them - insights - so - at least - someone - has - it
- -> - retrieve it - back
- like - storage
- i.e. - hardware
- i.e. hard drive
- i.e. - hardware
- like - storage
- before - too late = closed
- -> - retrieve it - back
- give them - insights - so - at least - someone - has - it
- up to - bullied -> race - against - clock

- of - removing - what makes inspirational - in the - first - place
- should - teach - me
- their bad - at communicating - their thoughts [- cohesively]
- even though - they don't show this properly
- for - inspiration
- for them to do better
- be - kinder, nicer
- reasons
- intentionally puts it in the bullied's hands -> take up upon, inspire the bully
- almost like - the bully wants this
- it's - in - their - hands
- it's the bullied's responsibility - -> - change - this
- misinterpret
- reasons
- impulsive
- just takes everything at face value
- benefit - easy to
- switch
- manipulate
- like - a - kid
- benefit - easy to
- just takes everything at face value
- not - understanding
- what's going on - deeply
- context
- impulsive
- reasons
- are
Remember - in the end - the best part about bullies is that they furnish the gun and shoot - but they give you the power to decide where it's pointed and how the outcome turns out.
- like - the message it sends
- every bully is an opportunity to make the world a better place
- by making them better
- 'a chain is only as strong as the weakest link'
- if you meet the weakest link - you can strengthen it
- you choose why/how they are there in your life
- and what you can do for them
- not necessarily - giving them - benefits - that're undeserved
- but - what you have - that they can share w/ others
- i.e. - automating - via outsourcing your work to them
- reason - they're popular
- you're - not
- you're - brains
- they're - output
- reason - why
- (regardless - of - intellect)
- bullied - smart
- bullies - dumb
- you're - brains
- you're - not
- reason - they're popular
- i.e. - automating - via outsourcing your work to them
- but - what you have - that they can share w/ others
- not necessarily - giving them - benefits - that're undeserved
- and what you can do for them
Current level - killing with kindness where a bully turns to someone who thinks you're their friend.
- issue - I don't know what to do with this pseudo-friend, as their not my friend. I'm a fake friend to them
- makes them feel like you're a nice person
- when really you don't like them and just want them to stop
- you're a nice person - but not in a way they're thinking
- when really you don't like them and just want them to stop
- life's about having good times
- and helping people get there
- not - being a party pooper
- and helping people get there
- solution - possibilities
- turn them into a real friend - either with me (preferably not) or someone else
- give them the ability to continue to grow the direction that's beneficial - till they end up showing me what's best in life
- making others happy
- instead of - depressing - them
- makes them feel like you're a nice person
- benefit - they aren't destructive
- issue - they aren't constructive either
- just a mildly beneficial, temporary neutral - in limbo - waiting for the next step
- issue - what is the next step?
- just a mildly beneficial, temporary neutral - in limbo - waiting for the next step
- issue - they aren't constructive either
- past - attempts
- 6th grade - there was someone who really didn't like me based on how I looked (which I had no control over in 6th grade, 12 years old) - that they kept getting angrier and angrier - until they said they'll get at me.
- luckily I was scheduled for a different lunch time - so I pretended to be walking to go to class (as they wouldn't get in the way of that - or they'd get into trouble - of course) and instead hopped into the library
- reason - there was someone else I didn't like and it would hurt and isolate this bully if I targeted them
- I let this person (decide to) lash out at the person I didn't like
- without doing or saying anything - except changing my direction
- after it was done (I didn't know if it happened or not until I heard from others what happened) - I left the library and came to watch them scream at each other - over different ideals - and storm off in different directions.
- when I talked to them - they were really angry and walked past me
- they were too hurt to bother me
- they never bothered me again
- issue - they never friended me - and probably were emotionally and directionally scarred for life
- issue - destroyed everyone socially - the interactions - them, me, everyone else around us, etc.
- mission - do something about it to make sure their life isn't ruined - and they don't get hurt
- as - no one - deserves it
- reason - we're all humans with a soul underneath it all
- but - turned -> the better
- direction - productivity - +, not - -
- utilize -> good
- like - reprogramming a robot
- -> - change - their fate - by changing their workings
- reason - they went wrong somewhere
- someone's gotta fix it
- before they keep destroying
- someone's gotta fix it
- reason - they went wrong somewhere
- steps - turning them off, shuffling/rearranging, then turning them on to achieve a specific purpose - w/ a specific goal
- -> - change - their fate - by changing their workings
- like - reprogramming a robot
- utilize -> good
- direction - productivity - +, not - -
