- until I'm on my way
steps
- stop everything - thoughts, actions, etc.
- just lay on bed (possibly - w/ arms and legs a little out if needed)
- everything except breathing
- it's to reorient oneself - when meditation doesn't work (because when you get stressed it's a bunch of good and bad in one's life that builds up)
- so then once everything stopped and the body's recovered - slowly bring the good, working parts of one's life back in
- till one gets put back together and on their way again
