- place the eyeballs into the soup - some may float, but best if they don't until they're pulled by the spoon when eating

story of inspiration
(from someone who emailed me) The odd connections YouTube makes lead me to your web page. You posted a recipe for lemon grass soup. The timing was interesting because I just removed a lemon grass plant that had grown much larger than originally planned. The plant topped out at about five feet with a diameter about three feet. If you ever decide to grow one, give yourself plenty of room. Happy New Year. |
simple success noodle soup

garden veggie buillon (edwards & sons brand)
cellophane noodles
mixed veg's - opt's - fresh, frozen, soup mix, other
can of Petite Diced Tomatoes (target brand)
italian herb shaker - (has parsley, oregano, marjoram, rosemary, etc.)
opt's - black pepper, nutritional yeast, etc.
instructions
put red lentil pasta into water and let it soak until it turns white
boil it
mix until it falls apart into the water (this becomes the broth)
add in the veggie buillon and italian herbs
add in cellophane noodles
once they become flimsy - add in the tomatoes
once warmed up (should stir easily, if boiling - it's been ready) - add in the veg's
mix until the veg's turn bright and everything's ready to serve (it just needs to be warm enough for one's preferences)
when ready, serve with an italian herb shaker
opt - serve w/ other shakers
