Juice
It's better on one's system to eat really small amounts of solid food, liquid/soft style if larger (as how can your body digest large molecules and something tough and solid? It can't - see fiber and oil. So it damages the body as it tries to extract nutrients from it. That's why avoiding hard/solid food is the way to a longer, healthier life), and not to eat if you're not hungry (unless you're body is imbalanced (i.e. unhealthy - and thus telling you something that's not natural (i.e. normal to your body)) - in which it's better to use logic than follow your body). It's ok if it's days and months, or forever, as it's how it's supposed to be (otherwise there's overeating and health problems).

Juicing
I'm ambivalent about juicing, but a lot of it seems unhealthy, yet if someone's unhealthy - it requires something unhealthy (i.e. where they're at at that moment) to bring them back to where they should be (i.e. normal). So it's good to learn about it if it's needed. Some of it is healthy - so I'm a journey to find out what's what - separate good from not - to come up with a conclusion.
